You will need :
5l bottel
2l water
1l apple/berry juice/ice tea
1 sachet Rehydrat
10drops Rescue drps
10drops Echinecia
1 Cal c Vita
50ml Schlehen Blackthorn Berry Elixer
Mix all together
Drink 1 glass with every feed.
