Thank you for shopping at Pickavit. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our vitamin and supplement products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations, as well as ours.

1. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

As stated in our terms, Pickavit will not be responsible for any mistakes of orders being placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to review their order (including product selection, quantity, and shipping address) carefully before completing the purchase. We are unable to modify or cancel an order once payment has been processed.

2. Returns & Refunds on Dietary Supplements (Medicines)

Vitamin and supplement products purchased from Pickavit cannot be returned for credit, refund, or exchange after the sale has been completed, unless the product is faulty or not as described. This is a strict policy due to the nature of the products, which are for internal consumption and for which we cannot guarantee the integrity, storage conditions, or tamper-free status once they have left our facility. This policy is in place for your safety and ours.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Transit Damage: All products leave our warehouse in perfect, sealed condition. We partner with high-standard courier companies to ensure excellent service. However, as stated, neither Pickavit nor the courier company can take accountability for broken products or damages caused during transit.
  • Claims for Transit Damage: If you receive a visibly damaged parcel (e.g., crushed, wet, open), you must refuse delivery immediately with the courier and notify us within 24 hours. If you accept the parcel and later find damage, we regret that we cannot process a return or credit, as the condition cannot be verified.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is materially different from what you ordered, or is found to be faulty (e.g., sealed but with broken capsules, manufacturing defect) upon receipt, you must contact our support team at support@pickavit.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, photos, and a detailed description. We will investigate and, if validated, arrange for a replacement or account credit at our discretion.

4. Out of Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly notify you. As per our policy, we will arrange a credit for the value of that item to be issued to your Pickavit account wallet for use on a future purchase. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method for the out-of-stock item only, please inform us upon notification.

5. Credit Issued to Your Account

Any credit issued (e.g., for out-of-stock items or a validated fault) will be applied to your registered Pickavit account wallet. This credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within 12 months of issuance.

6. Shipping & Receipt of Goods

You are responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery. By accepting the parcel, you acknowledge it has been received in the condition it arrived. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order to prevent theft or weather-related damage.
